your training looks pretty solid, keep up the high calorie workouts, but watch your diet! you are eating way too much to lose weight! you should aim for 2300 or something, I'm not too sure what it is for guys or even 2000 calories. Alternate lower days with higher days to keep the body guessing and do weight training, I see you are not.

Go to the forums a lot and read articles whenever you can, you'll soon come to see fitness as fun and addictive.
